This early-bird private motorboat trip takes approximately 2 hours. We have multiple boats available for up to 10 guests each.
This is a private trip, so only your friends and family will accompany you as the motorboat is navigated to sought-after locations and hidden coastal gems by one of our highly-competent skippers.
We like to wake up early to visit some of the most admired caves and rock formations of the Algarve before the crowds! Are you with us? We guarantee you won’t regret it!

This early trip is ideal for families and groups of friends that wish to enjoy the natural beauty of the Algarve far from the crowds and get the most out of their day.
With an 8am start, you can be sure to see those most popular sites without another soul in sight. Take the perfect photos unspoilt by a log-jam of other boats, kayakers and tourists.
We head East to explore famous caves such as Benagil Cathedral Cave system and the towering arches of Praia da Marinha and Praia de Albandeira .
Along the way, we’ll stop by the most interesting sea caves and hidden beaches as well as the scenic town of Carvoeiro, Alfonzina Lighthouse, and historically important Torre de Lapa.
We’ll point out the St João of the Arade Castle, as well as hand-built cliffside ladders that are still used today by brave local fishermen, and much more!

Meeting point
Check-in for this sailing charter in the Algarve is usually done at the Portiate Charters office at Marina de Portimão. However, we can also meet you at other Marinas in the area, like Vilamoura or Lagos, at your convenience.
Restrictions
If you have a medical condition that may require immediate urgent care, this motorboat trip is not recommended.
Our boats are not adapted for wheelchairs.
If you have young children, please inform us before so we can prepare a child’s life jacket.
