Portiate, a family-run company founded in 1996 by José Taveira, specializes in yacht charters in Portugal, offering options with or without a private skipper. With the support of his wife Anna and their three sons, the company started sailing in Portugal after a few years.

The family has been involved in all aspects of the business, from customer service to yacht maintenance and captaining.

Their main goal is ensuring guest satisfaction through personalized service, driven by a passion for sharing the wonder of the ocean with others.
